Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a Production Inspector in Santa Ana, CA to perform routine visual, mechanical, and electrical inspections of PCBs and assemblies across production stages. You will follow detailed process sheets, verify paperwork, and ensure quality per standards.

The role requires 1+ year in electronics manufacturing and strong attention to detail. This full-time, day-shift position offers growth in a collaborative environment with training on IPC standards and continuous improvement

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1+ years of basic electronics manufacturing experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with diverse groups and train others.

Responsibilities

Perform routine visual, mechanical and electrical inspection of PCBs and assemblies.
Follow Process Sheets and change notices; verify paperwork and dates.
Check placement, polarity and labels on boards and route defective boards to rework.
Enter quantities in ERP system and document data
Work with minimal supervision and mentor coworkers in inspection area.
