Job summary

Benchmark Electronics is seeking a Production Inspector in Santa Ana, CA to perform routine visual, mechanical and electrical inspection of PCBs, systems and sub-assemblies. You will follow detailed process sheets, verify soldering and labeling, and route boards for rework as needed.

This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work with diverse teams in a 4-day shift schedule. Safety-sensitive position with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic electronics familiarity.
• Proficiency in visual, mechanical and electrical inspection processes.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and AS9100 environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine visual, mechanical and electrical inspection of PCBs and assemblies.
• Verify component placement, soldering, markings and labeling per process sheets.
• Enter data into ERP and related systems; contribute to continuous improvement.
