Benchmark hiring a Production Inspector in Rochester, MN to perform routine visual, mechanical and electrical inspection of PCBs, systems and sub-assemblies in a high-mix manufacturing environment. You will follow detailed process sheets, verify component placement and soldering, and document results to support quality compliance.

The role requires 1+ years in electronics manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and ability to work with diverse teams in a 24/7 operation.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience of basic electronics manufacturing.
• 2+ years of advanced electronics inspection (i.e. AOI).

Responsabilidades

• Inspect PCBs, systems and sub-assemblies for quality per process sheets and change notices.
• Verify proper component placement, soldering, markings, and labels.
• Operate inspection equipment and enter data into ERP systems.
• Identify defects and route boards to rework/repair facilities.
