Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator to assemble and test printed circuit boards in a team setting. You will read blueprints, monitor quality, and operate production equipment while adhering to safety and procedural requirements.

The role offers varied shifts (4/5 day weeks) and opportunities for training and advancement within a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good English communication and math skills.
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints is preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains quality production and records quality data.
• Reads blueprints, artwork, and panel identifications.
• Cross trains in multiple areas and supports safety and production goals.
• Follows all company policies and procedures; reports incidents.
• Maintains regular attendance and uses PPE as required.
• Participates in safety training and complies with MSDS and safety alerts.
