TTM Technologies, Inc. is hiring at our East Syracuse, NY facility for a production-focused role. You will read blueprints, set up equipment, and adhere to time‑sensitive production targets to deliver precise PCB products.

Candidate should have a High School diploma and the ability to follow English instructions, perform basic arithmetic, and lift up to 30 pounds. Lean principles experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow in a lean manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written instructions in English including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English to perform the job.
• Knowledge of Lean Principles and continuous improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to production time sensitive disciplines
• Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters
• Meet or exceed expected output targets and metrics
• Read blueprints and comprehend the English instruction documents to take action to produce precisely designed products
• Read and interpret shop orders to verify completion, count and quality
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
• Strict compliance to all safety and quality guidelines
• Follow dispatch as required while accommodating hot orders and customer requirements
• Work closely with others in a team environment
• Demonstrate a customer-focused culture
• Operate with urgency
• Adhere strictly to process requirements
