Job summary

Aerotek in Mount Pleasant, WI seeks a Production Associate to support SMT, PTH insertion, and assembly in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

You'll load boards, manage reels, perform pass/fail tests, and assist with final assembly into server boxes on multiple shifts with optional overtime. Must be able to lift 30 lbs and pass basic math tests; pay is $18–$19.80 per hour, contract-to-hire, onsite safety gear provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work history required.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Must pass a 5th-grade math test.
• Read, write, and speak proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Load blank PCB/PCBA boards into the SMT machine and monitor SMT lines.
• Load and unload component reels into the SMT machine and carts.
• Transition boards from SMT to PTH line and feed reels.
• Ensure solder paste remains full during PTH process.
• Mount completed boards into server boxes per build sheets.
• Utilize hand and power tools to secure assemblies.
• Conduct pass/fail testing and document movement of servers.
