Job summary

Qualifications include SMT knowledge, soldering skills, ability to read schematics and process sheets, and meticulous attention to quality. Minimum technical degree or 2 years experience required. Full-time, on-site in Pittsburgh with benefits offered.

Qualifications

Technical degree or 2 years of work experience.
Experience in SMT assembly and IPC standards preferred.
Ability to read schematics, process sheets, or work instructions.
Attention to detail and quality.
Experience handling very small components under a microscope.

Responsibilities

Program and maintain the SMT assembly line and related equipment.
Perform all facets of surface mount assembly.
Operate line equipment including screen printer, pick and place, reflow oven, and AOI.
Set up equipment and feeders, perform setup per SOP.
Maintain equipment and clean as per procedures.
Perform manual assembly and hand soldering as required.
Perform inspection and rework per IPC standards.
Prepare and install components.
Contribute to various manufacturing tasks as needed.
Participate in training and certification programs.
