Sierra Circuits is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own PCB/PCBA orders from PO receipt to shipment, coordinating across engineering, production, and supply chain to ensure quality, cost, and schedule targets. You will act as the primary liaison for internal teams and external partners while monitoring KPIs and updating stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Business Management, or related field is required.
• Strong communication skills to manage diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound business decisions under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end ownership of PCB/PCBA orders from PO with scheduling, production tracking, and delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and communicate dashboards and status reports to management.
