The role leads a team of maintenance technicians, ensures safe, reliable operation of complex manufacturing equipment, and drives preventative maintenance and equipment upgrades. You will coordinate with Facilities and Engineering, manage inventory and parts, and uphold safety policies while mentoring staff to improve performance and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a maintenance technician.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Advanced experience in carpentry, welding, machining, plumbing for chemical systems, HVAC, waste treatment, water treatment, or PCB knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Plan equipment upgrades and oversee installations.
