Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineering Supervisor to lead sustaining engineering and production process improvements for PCB manufacturing. You will guide a team, set operating conditions, monitor process metrics, and perform failure mode analyses to minimize defects.

The role requires significant manufacturing experience, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across Engineering, Quality and Operations. ITAR considerations and cross-functional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have previous manufacturing experience.
• Experience managing process engineers is preferred.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and process control.
• Hands-on, analytical approach to process and mechanical problems.
• Knowledge of SPC, DOE, RCA, and problem-solving techniques.
• Proficiency with Excel; CAD familiarity; GD&T; data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Report to Process Engineering Manager.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing problems while maintaining quality.
• Develop, document, and standardize production floor processes.
• Compile and evaluate test data to define process specifications.
• Interface with customers, engineers, technicians, and operations.
• Ensure production readiness via process/document changes.
• Lead and develop the onsite Process Engineering team.
