Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in San Jose is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians, oversee preventative maintenance, and ensure safer, more reliable PCB manufacturing equipment.

You will mentor staff, manage schedules, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with Facilities and Engineering on upgrades and projects. A strong safety mindset and 5+ years of maintenance leadership are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years as a maintenance technician; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with chemical handling and safety training.
• Knowledge of control circuits and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians; assign daily tasks.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and PM records.
• Safely handle chemicals; enforce safety policies and PPE use.
• Troubleshoot and repair down or malfunctioning equipment promptly.
• Plan and implement equipment upgrades with cross-functional teams.
• Manage parts inventory and procurement to support maintenance.
