Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in PCB manufacturing or related industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• English literacy and basic data entry skills.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate department equipment, perform quality checks, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system.
• Read and interpret shop orders to verify completion, counts, and quality.
• Maintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace.
• Ensure panel quality meets work order standards before proceeding to the next department.
