Job summary

• Manage and distribute incoming manufacturing data to develop quotes.
• Enter Sales Orders and communicate material or quality requirements to engineering, manufacturing or QA.
• Keep customers informed about the progress of their jobs.
• Perform other duties related to customer service to achieve satisfaction.
