Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to coordinate with internal teams and customers, quote, and manage orders from ROQ to Oracle. This role emphasizes fast response to RFQs, accurate data entry, and proactive problem solving to improve cycle times.

You will interact with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to ensure customer requirements are met, while maintaining strong relationships and timely communication to support growth at the Chippewa Falls facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school or GED accepted with experience.
• 1 year of customer service or related work; PCB manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle RFQ processing and quotes in ROQ platform within target lead times.
• Manage order entry in Oracle and coordinate with Production Control.
• Process consignment transactions and monitor shipments and invoicing.
• Respond to customer requests and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
