Job summary

American Standard Circuits, Inc. is seeking a customer service professional to support the PCB manufacturing process. You will handle RFQs, quotes, scheduling, and delivery updates while coordinating with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to ensure orders meet customer expectations.

The role requires strong communication, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively in a high-technology environment. Office-based culture with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or 3+ years in a customer service role.
• Experience in high-technology manufacturing environments with drawings/specifications is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel) and electronic data/file management is essential.
• Use of ERP software or other manufacturing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customer needs through DFM and Delivery/Pricing in PCB manufacturing.
• Manage customer experience from quote to delivery.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing and Quality to ensure on-time delivery and notify customers of issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop quotes with pricing and delivery commitments.
• Enter Sales Orders and communicate critical requirements to Engineering, Manufacturing, or QA.
