Job summary

Westak Circuits is seeking a Customer Service Representative to process orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate customer requirements. You will work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Management to ensure order accuracy, favorable pricing, and timely support for customers and sales reps.

The ideal candidate has attention to detail, basic PCB manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, order processing, quoting, or administrative work preferred.
• PCB/electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, changes, and sales forms accurately and efficiently.
• Provide order confirmations, status updates, and shipment tracking information.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and Sales Representatives promptly and professionally.
• Generate internal open-order reports and customer-specific reports as needed.
• Perform PO verification audits and maintain filing of supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and related documentation.
• Prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and commitments.
