Job summary

Aerotek is seeking entry level assemblers for Printed Circuit Board Technology in Holland, MI. The role involves basic PCB assembly, loading materials, and operating automated solder equipment on multiple shifts.

You will read prints and follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality assemblies. The position requires standing for long periods, strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and willingness to learn structured processes in a lean production setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic assembly of PCB components.
• Able to set up and operate automated solder machines at a basic level.
• Able to read customer/internal prints, WIs, and BOMs.
• Knowledge of IPC inspection practices for part placement and solder quality.
• Able to stand for extended periods and maintain cleanliness on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PCB components and load materials per work instructions.
• Load materials into machines and support basic machine operations.
• Set up and operate automated solder machines to produce quality results.
• Use computers to configure and monitor automated equipment.
• Read and interpret prints, WIs, VAs, and BOMs to complete assemblies.
