Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience with focus on precision and quality.
• Ability to read drawings/operation sheets and perform in-process inspections.
• Proficient with basic hand tools and measurement devices; good dexterity and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform PC board assembly, soldering, chassis wiring and mechanical assembly.
• Follow engineering drawings and change orders to complete tasks accurately.
• Ensure each step meets quality specifications and maintain accurate records of direct labor time.
• Provide training and mentoring to colleagues; operate testing equipment like multimeters and flow meters.
