Qualifications

• At least 1 year of manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Good manual dexterity for working with small parts.
• Able to lift up to 2550 pounds as required by assembly tasks.
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Basic ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Familiar with basic assembly tools including hand tools and basic power tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a production environment.
• Basic organizational skills to manage tasks, materials, and documentation.
• At least 6 months of soldering experience, including hand soldering with a soldering iron.
• Experience with wire cutting and basic wiring tasks.
• Comfort working with electronics components, PCB boards, and related assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical assembly operations.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions to complete assembly tasks.
• Conduct visual quality checks to ensure components meet quality standards.
• Identify and report assembly issues to supervisor promptly.
• Perform simple rework or repair on non-conforming products following procedures.
• Operate basic assembly equipment such as presses and fixtures.
• Complete basic production documentation accurately.
• Adhere to safety policies and use PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Handle and assemble small parts with good manual dexterity.
• Perform wire cutting, basic wiring, and hand soldering as needed.
• Support general production and EM assembly activities.
