IPS Assembly Corp in Livonia, MI is hiring an Assembly Line Operator. This on-site, full-time role offers hands-on training in PCB assembly, cable and wire harness builds, and production line support.

No prior experience required, with overtime opportunities and a starting wage of $17 per hour. We’re a family-owned electronics contract manufacturer focusing on quality and on-time delivery, offering benefits after 90 days and opportunities to learn multiple stages of the electronics manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) - surface mount (SMT) and through-hole.
• Build cable assemblies and wire harnesses (cutting, stripping, crimping, terminating, routing).
• Operate and support production equipment on the assembly line.
• Perform visual inspection and basic quality checks to workmanship standards.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and build documentation accurately.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.
• Support other production tasks as needed (kitting, packaging, rework, etc.).
