SYNERGY HomeCare in Red Wing, MN is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical home care to clients of various ages and abilities. You’ll offer companionship, assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders, delivering respectful care in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

As a PCA/Caregiver, you will:

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes

• Ability to pass a state-required background check

• Ability to provide proof of or obtain a negative TB test

• Ability to use hands, wrists, and fingers throughout the workday

• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds

• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and perform other physical tasks required for caregiving
