Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Enid, OK is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join an award-winning home care team. No experience or PCA certification required; we provide in-house PCA training to help you start confidently.

You’ll deliver one-on-one care in clients' homes, supporting daily activities, companionship, and quality of life. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and growth opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Dependability, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• The ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• A willingness to learn and follow client care instructions.
• No previous caregiving experience required. No PCA certification required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility and transfers, with appropriate equipment provided when needed.
• Provide medication reminders (medication administration is not included).
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and social engagement.
• Help clients with everyday activities and routines.
• Provide dependable, compassionate, individualized care.

What Does a PCA Do?

As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll provide one-on-one care in the comfort of a client’s home, helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Your care and companionship can make a meaningful difference every day.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $18 per hour, based on experience

• Weekly paychecks.

• Time-and-a-half for eligible overtime hours and qualifying holiday work.

• Part-time and PRN opportunities.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.

• Opportunities for consistent client assignments close to home.
