Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our national home care team in Minnesota. As a PCA you will provide non-medical support, companionship, and personal care, delivering life-affirming care from the heart.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

• Be punctual and consistently attend scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• Provide personal care to clients as needed

• Assist the client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently attending scheduled shifts

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license

• A reliable vehicle to get to and from the client's residence

• Someone who is kind, reliable, dependable, honest, and has good communication skills

• You must pass a state background check AND submit proof of a negative TB test OR obtain a negative TB test.

• Physical requirements: Use of hands, wrists, and fingers; ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds; ability to bend, twist, and stoop.
