Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Hastings, MN is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide companionship, personal care, and home support to clients in their homes.

You will build meaningful connections, follow individualized care plans, and ensure reliable presence with flexible full-time or part-time shifts. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of caregiving/PCA experience
• Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and a reliable personal vehicle to commute to Hastings, MN
• Personal Traits: Kind, honest, dependable, and a strong communicator
• Compliance: Ability to pass a state background check and submit/obtain a negative TB test
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., bend, twist, and assist clients physically

• Personal Care Assistance: Respectfully assist clients with daily personal care according to their individualized care plans.
