SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a compassionate PCA to provide in-home support, companionship, and daily living assistance to clients in Richmond, VA.

We offer paid orientation and ongoing training, flexible hours (part-time or full-time), and competitive starting pay of $16.00 per hour, plus overtime and holiday pay with an immediate payment option.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• PCA Certification (Preferred).
• Background Check and Drug Screen.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and Social Engagement: Provide attention to the client’s non-medical needs, fostering meaningful connections.
• Assistance with Daily Tasks: Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Effective Communication: Establish professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers.
