Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate PCAs to support clients in their homes, including Hastings and nearby areas. You will provide companionship, non-medical care, and assist with daily activities, while building trust with clients and families.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. You will pass a state background check and TB test to join our independent national agency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention to client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently attending scheduled shifts

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license
• A reliable vehicle to get to and from client's residence
• Someone who is kind, reliable, dependable, honest, and has good communication skills

• You must pass a state background check AND submit proof or obtain a negative TB test.
• Physical requirements: Use of hands, wrists and fingers; ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds; ability to bend, twist and stoop.
