Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a compassionate PCA caregiver to help clients in their own homes, delivering personalized, non-medical care with a focus on dignity and respect.

You will support companionship, daily tasks, and basic care under supervision, while maintaining reliable scheduling and open communication with families and our care team. Training is provided, and pay starts at $16 per hour with opportunities for overtime and prompt payments.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• PCA Certification preferred.
• Background Check and Drug Screen required.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement for clients.
