Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Computer Support Engineer to support day-to-day technical operations for critical DoW client systems. You will diagnose hardware or software issues, mentor teammates, and provide end-user support and second-tier assistance for client and server applications.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a strong background in Windows, Unix, or Linux, and experience with ITSM tools. Acknowledgement of security protocols and a commitment to ongoing professional development

Qualifications

Experience with customer and end-user support.
Ability to administer application and systems accounts.
Ability to troubleshoot and support web applications, software, and issues.
Ability to utilize IT service management (ITSM) tools.
Ability to use Windows, Unix, or Linux.
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Security+ Certification

Responsibilities

Supports day-to-day technical aspects of operational computer systems to identify diagnostic issues and determine root cause.
Develops innovative solutions to complex problems and mentors team members.
Provides end-user support for a critical system and second-tier support to end users for client/server applications or hardware.
