Qualifications

• Experience with Windows OS and O365 applications.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Experience with Active Directory security groups, distribution lists, and file permissions.
• Must possess TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ PC tech/Tier 1-2 support or 6+ years’ experience without a degree.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT II Certification (e.g., Security+).
• Ability to obtain DoD 8140 Intermediate Certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide day-to-day support for End User Devices with wired/remote access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct application and data migration.
• Troubleshoot software and network issues.
• Build, configure, and test IT equipment per standards.
• Plan, engineer, install, or manage equipment installations.
• Recommend upgrades per policy.
• Integrate, test, and verify remote access hardware/software.
• Interface with customers to provide training and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Helpdesk, Network, Server, and Engineering teams.
• Use Remedy to log and close tickets.
• Utilize tools like SCCM, McAfee, InTune, Forescout, Tivoli, Hypori for troubleshooting.
• Provide telephony services including provisioning VoIP and managing extensions.
• Manage day-to-day support for VDI clients and verify image compatibility.
