Job summary

Merck & Co. is seeking a Helpdesk Technician (Tier I/II) in Cambridge, MA to handle hardware imaging, basic repairs, and end-user support. You will deploy system images, diagnose hardware issues, and assist users with technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
