Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform desktop and laptop repair tasks and provide basic to moderately complex troubleshooting. You will interact with clients to address issues and respond timely and accurately.

The role requires travel to client locations, basic repair tooling, and the ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs, with a focus on meeting service level agreements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLA.
• Meet established customer service criteria as outlined in guidelines.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call per policy.
• Provide real-time reporting of all calls.
• Follow policies, guidelines, and documents for service delivery.
• Control assets/inventory with prompt turnaround of parts.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety policies in daily work.
• Additional requirements may exist if employment offer is extended.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
