Zusammenfassung

SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking an IT support technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair PC hardware and software. The role includes deployments for new devices, departmental moves, and migrations from existing computers, with research and resolution of hardware and software issues as needed.

You will also troubleshoot connectivity problems with client devices, network printers, file servers and host systems. Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm in Syracuse, NY.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of PC support and customer service experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
