  • Daily Incident Management:Monitor and manage the local ticketing queue first thing every morning, prioritizing and resolving critical hardware and software incidents ASAP to prevent operational downtime.
  • System & Facility Collaboration:Perform routine account unlocks and basic troubleshooting workflows using internal platforms like WMOS. Coordinate occasionally with external vendors, the Telecomm team to support telephone equipment, and System Administrators to assist with server equipment changes.
  • Operational Availability:Work reliably within a Monday through Friday work schedule (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
Qualifications
  • Technical Support Experience (Must-Have):1–2+ years of proven, on‑premise technical support experience focusing on hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and break‑fix workflows.

  • Operational Availability (Must-Have):Absolute reliability and commitment to working Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
  • Physical Mobility & Lifting (Must-Have):Ability to move around easily, walk frequently across an expansive warehouse environment, and safely lift or move computer/peripheral equipment weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • Soft Skills (Must-Have):Exceptional customer service orientation, strong multitasking abilities, and crisp people/communication skills.
  • Technical Qualifications (Strong Plus):An Associate Degree in a technical field or active certifications such as CompTIA A+ and/or MCDST.
  • Ticketing & Systems Knowledge (Strong Plus):Experience utilizing enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Remedy, SolarWinds) and hands‑on familiarity supporting Dell computer systems.
  • Language Skills (Strong Plus):Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse operations workforce.
