Job summary

EPC, Inc. is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to sort, prepare, and track electronics for reuse or resale. You will transport equipment safely and maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and precise scanning.

You will work with pallet jacks and barcode scanners, organize storage areas, and follow shipping documents to complete stock transfers and bills of lading. Team collaboration and efficient multitasking are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Basic math skills to count IT equipment with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to use internal systems and handheld devices (e.g., barcode scanners) to locate and collect inventory.
  • High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Sort, clean, and track electronics that can be reused or resold.
  • Safe transport, load, and unload computer hardware and materials using hand carts, pallet jacks.
  • Maintain accurate inventory by conducting regular cycle counts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Pull IT equipment, verify accuracy, and scan items to create stock transfers and bills of lading.
  • Organize items in designated storage locations and report stock discrepancies.

Brief Summary of Duties
  • Sort, clean, and track electronics that can be reused or resold.
  • Safe transport, load, and unload computer hardware and materials using hand carts, pallet jacks, while adhering to equipment safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control by conducting regular cycle counts and resolving discrepancies
  • Efficiently pull IT equipment, verify accuracy, and scan items to create stock transfers and bills of lading
  • Organize items in designated storage locations, update inventory records, and communicate any stock discrepancies to the appropriate personnel
  • Follow shipping documents, packing slips, bills of lading, work orders, and both written and verbal instructions to complete tasks accurately
  • Perform various warehouse duties across all areas as needed or as assigned by the department
Experience and/or Education Requirements
  • Basic math skills to count IT equipment with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to use internal systems and handheld devices (e.g., barcode scanners) to locate and collect inventory
  • Working knowledge of common warehouse equipment and tools, including material handling and packaging equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, protective packaging systems).
  • Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Experience and/or Education Preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Interest in computer electronics and how they work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically, and the ability to make logical decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and share knowledge with others
  • Outgoing, energetic, able to multi-task, and able to prioritize workflow
