Responsibilities

  • Install or relocate computer equipment including PCs, thin clients, and printers at user locations.
  • Provide first level problem analysis and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and document system configurations.
  • Log all service requests in the Helpdesk Call Tracking system with details.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for installations and maintenance.
