Job summary

Trigyn Technologies, Inc. is seeking a PC/Network Technician for an on-site role in Baltimore, MD. The position supports a government client with shift timing from Sunday to Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm, focusing on hardware troubleshooting, imaging, and inventory management.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with imaging tools (MDT, SCCM, Symantec Ghost, Clonezilla), plus TCP/IP and DHCP, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with users and teams on-site.

Qualifications

• Proficient in hardware issues and solving imaging problems.
• Experience imaging computers and deploying images before deployment.
• Familiar with MS Office suite and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware issues and imaging tasks onsite.
• Manage imaging and deployment of OS images using MDT/SCCM or similar tools.
• Maintain inventory/asset records and assist with hardware relocation as needed.

Job description

Trigyn has a long-term need for PC/Network Technician for direct govt. client located in Baltimore, MD.

ONSITE job- Shift Timings will be Sunday – Thursday: 8 am to 4 pm!

Skills and capabilities:

• PC/Network Technician proficient in Hardware Issues, Reimaging Computers, and troubleshooting with EXCELLENT communication skills and expertise in MS Office products.
• STRONG ability to troubleshoot various applications and apply fixes to images prior to deployment
• Experience with imaging using various tools (like Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT); SCCM, Symantec Ghost, Clonezilla or similar)
• Experience in TCP/IP and DHCP services
• Experience in basic Inventory/asset management
• Ability to move equipment and lift up to 30 pounds, when required.
