Job summary

Compunetix in Monroeville, PA is seeking a PC Helpdesk & Support specialist to provide first-response technical support for Windows PCs and basic network troubleshooting.

You will install hardware and software, resolve common issues, and document solutions. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of IT Helpdesk experience, a technical degree, and familiarity with Windows OS; Linux knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

BS in a technical discipline or an Associate’s degree with experience.
1–3 years’ experience in IT Helpdesk or PC support.
Experience with Windows OS; Linux experience is a plus.
Understanding of networking basics is required.

Responsibilities

Provide PC technical support and troubleshooting for Windows PCs.
Perform basic network troubleshooting.
Install PC hardware and software.
Handle additional tasks as required.
