Job summary

KaiHonua, LLC in Rock Island, IL seeks a PC Desktop Technician II to install, configure, image and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software. You will monitor systems, support users, run ticket reports, and perform driver updates while following security practices and documenting actions.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of desktop support, Windows 11 and Office 365 proficiency, and relevant DoD certifications; must be able to work rotating shifts and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years of PC desktop support experience.
• Proficient with Windows 11 and Office 365.
• Experience with imaging, deployments, and peripherals.
• Security-conscious with DoD-related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, image, and configure desktop hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users.
• Monitor and maintain enterprise computing environments and networks.
• Maintain logs, run ticket reports, and document actions taken.
• Provide after-hours support and participate in rotating schedule.
• Train operators and assist with guidance and training.
