Job summary

Fire Fighter Sales & Service Co. in Hanover, PA is seeking a PC Deployment Technician to support enterprise hardware refresh and deployment projects. You will prepare, configure, and install new devices while migrating user data and applications with minimal downtime.

You'll gain hands-on experience with modern deployment tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Autopilot, perform pre-deployment assessments, image devices, and verify network connectivity and security during migration.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale Windows 10/11 deployments.
• Familiarity with imaging tools (e.g., USMT, MDT, SCCM, or Autopilot).
• Knowledge of network configuration, including DHCP, static IP assignment, and TCP/IP setup.
• Ability to map network drives and configure shared resources.
• Understanding of Active Directory and domain join processes.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 setup and license activation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide end-user support during migration.
