The role requires at least one year PBX experience in a healthcare setting, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and basic computer proficiency; standing desk option and computer work are typical duties.

The PBX Operator is a highly interactive role, answering and directing calls and providing information to the outside community as well as internal patients, visitors, and staff. This role also directs and addresses inquiries of front entrance walk-in traffic.
