Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH is seeking a PBX operator to handle incoming calls, relay messages, direct callers, and support the paging system.
The role requires a High School Diploma and experience with multi-line phones; training is provided. You will greet visitors, maintain records, and assist in onboarding new staff while remaining calm and professional in stressful situations.
Answers all incoming calls, relays emergency messages by announcing various alerts and warnings over the paging system, contacts personnel as necessary and directs them where they are needed, and reports any telephone problems.
Variable Hours ranging from 7am -12am
