Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a dedicated operator to manage the hospital's main telephone line, physician's answering service, and in-house calls. You will assist visitors, provide paging, and coordinate critical emergency communications across codes and helicopter arrivals.
The role requires prior switchboard experience in healthcare or large organizations, with preference for healthcare familiarity.
Responsible for answering all incoming calls into the hospital's main telephone number, physician's answering service and in house operator calls; provides in person visitor information, reception, and paging. Coordinates all emergency communications to include Trauma Codes, Codes 4, NICU, Codes Red, Codes Blue, Codes Yellows, Codes 900, and Helicopter Landing. Monitors Hospital Alarm Panels, handles all Fire and Disaster Drills and operates hospital two way radios.
