Job summary

Eden Roc Miami Beach, a luxury oceanfront resort in Miami Beach, seeks a Telephone/PBX Operator to be the first point of contact for guests, handling all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism. Join a vibrant hospitality team committed to exceptional service in a world-class property.

You will support the front desk operations, while delivering a warm, accurate, and proactive guest experience. This role offers exposure to a premier resort environment within the Davidson Hospitality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous PBX experience or multi-line phone system preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and email.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer, route, and manage guest and internal calls.
• Provide courteous, responsive service to guests over the phone.
• Coordinate and relay messages accurately and promptly.
