Job summary

Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Miami Beach is seeking a Telephone/PBX Operator to be the first point of contact for our guests, handling all calls with professionalism and efficiency.

You will need excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment. Previous PBX experience is preferred and weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience operating a PBX or multi-line phone system preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
