The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and a personable, energetic approach to guest service at a premier oceanfront resort in Miami Beach.

• Familiar with local area and attractions.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Present timely activities and programs, adjusting for weather and seasonality.
• Design programs that attract targeted guest populations.
• Publicize programs effectively to the audience.
• Handle guests by phone with professionalism.
• Organize high-quality programs meeting guest needs and financial objectives.
• Evaluate events against participant expectations and financial targets.
• Respond promptly to guest comments regarding programs.
