Job summary

Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort is seeking a friendly, guest-focused team member for a full-time, year-round position. The role emphasizes responding to guest inquiries by phone, sharing knowledge of hotel facilities, and delivering exceptional service with a smile to every guest.

Responsibilities include handling emergencies with clear communication, accurately logging messages, and operating standard office equipment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system preferred.
