Job summary

Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort is seeking a friendly, guest-focused full-time hospitality associate in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will handle guest inquiries by phone, provide detailed information on hotel facilities, and relay accurate information in emergencies.

You will also manage messages and operate office equipment, contributing to a smooth guest experience. Flexible 2nd shift work required, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Preferred: 1 year of experience with a multi-line phone system

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues via telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services.
• Respond to emergencies and document and relay comprehensive, accurate information to proper parties in emergency situations.
• Accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately, utilizing proper grammar and spelling.
• Operate office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, PBX system, fax machine, e-mail, etc.
