Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a PBP Enablement Partner to lead the tools, processes, and headcount planning infrastructure for the People Business Partner organization. This role sits at the intersection of operational rigor and strategic enablement, building scalable systems with Finance, Analytics, and COE partners to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in HR, People Operations, Workforce Planning, or a related field with meaningful experience in systems, tools, or operational roles.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable building and maintaining workforce or resource models in Excel or similar tools.
• Experience building or managing processes that span multiple teams or functions.
• Demonstrated ability to work across ambiguity and evolving priorities without losing momentum.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday or similar) and a track record of improving data capture, maintenance, and usage.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a genuine interest in how they can change HR workflows.
• Strong communication skills translating complexity into clear recommendations for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Owns tools, processes, and headcount planning infrastructure for the PBP organization.
• Partner with Finance, Analytics, COE, and People Leadership to operationalize data into scalable tools and recommendations.
