The PBP Enablement Partner is responsible for the tools, processes, and headcount planning infrastructure that enable the People Business Partner (PBP) organization to operate at its best. This role sits at the intersection of operational rigor and strategic enablement, managing the PBP headcount model, driving a strong partnership between PBPE and the People Team's Centers of Excellence, and leading the systems and technology partnerships that shape how PBPs work, including our AI strategy.
Working closely with the PBP Enablement Leader, Finance, Analytics, COE partners, and People Leadership Team PBP leaders, this role turns data and priorities into clear tools, processes, and recommendations that help the PBP organization deliver at scale. This is a role for someone who can build something from scratch, operationalize it, and make it better over time.
12+ years in HR, People Operations, Workforce Planning, or a related field with meaningful experience in systems, tools, or operational roles
Strong analytical skills, comfortable building and maintaining workforce or resource models in Excel or similar tools
Experience building or managing processes that span multiple teams or functions
Demonstrated ability to work across ambiguity and evolving priorities without losing momentum
Experience with HR systems (Workday or similar) and a track record of improving how data is captured, maintained, and used
Familiarity with AI tools and a genuine interest in how they can change the way HR teams work
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate operational complexity into clear, simple recommendations for senior leaders
Experience driving consistency across a distributed or matrixed organization
Comfort operating as a builder, someone who can create something that doesn't exist yet and make it sustainable over time
Experience in a People Business Partner role
