Qualifications

• 2–3 years PBM operations experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and analytical skills with ability to prioritize.
• Advanced PC skills with MS Office (Excel, Access, Word & PowerPoint).
• High initiative, accuracy, and adaptability.
• Self-motivated with goal setting and strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all departmental functions.
• Prepare/Collect information for State Licensing requirements/projects.
• Collaborate with departments to refine processes.
• Assist in preparation of periodic statements/reports for management or regulatory bodies.
• Oversee customer service reporting and develop performance metrics and targets.
• Receive and resolve member/client questions promptly.
